CAMBER’s preliminary analysis of the November 2005 election is intended to capture basic facts about the election and to serve as a starting point for future action.
Because the Secretary of State has made it unreasonably difficult and increasingly cost prohibitive for citizens to obtain election data, transparency has been sacrificed and citizens are obligated to rely on superficial data scraped from State and County websites and news reports.
