At 2:55 I received a call from Governor’s Office lawyer, Craig Welling.

Craig told me that they are sending a brief denial of our request based on specific statutory exemption.

I asked for a copy of the plan transmittal letter from the SOS to Gov and a copy of the approval letter.

Craig may or may not be able to do this, but if so it will be in a separate transmission.

I also asked if Craig has any advice as to how we can break through the wall of secrecy that is being used to hide what I consider to be potentially incompetent and dangerous security performance.

He has no suggestion.
