We have not heard back from you regarding our timely response to your November 15, 2007 letter regarding our open records request (see below).
Is it true that “Denver plans to convert its voter registration data to a state database on December 10, 2007”, as reported in

I am the legally appointed Boulder County Republican Party Canvass Board Member and a Poll Watcher. If it is true that the department intends to place into production this questionable system before resolving our open records request? If so, I believe that the Colorado Department of State is improperly interfering with my ability to discharge canvass and poll watching duties. We must verify that the problems we anticipate are not present in the SCORE system, before it is placed into production.
As stated in our November 15th e-mail, we are very much interested in reviewing the documents that we requested. We are not interested in paying to see documents that may not be responsive to our request.
Can we meet to possibly resolve this issue?
