It is vital that we complete our joint effort to complete the September 20, 2007 Open Records Request related to the ongoing election system certification.
To expedite matters, would it be possible to meet with you in person? In this way, we can complete our work to precisely define our requirements and the State’s response. I sense that there is a significant gap in our common understanding that might be closed through a face-to-face meeting.
Please let me know whether you are willing to meet to expedite closure of this matter.
Also, as a separate matter, we have heard that the Department of State has been served with two new lawsuits. If this is true, is there something that you can share that I can use to notify our members of the facts?
