Colorado Election System Requirements and Metrics
Colorado has steadfastly refused to pubicily discuss the fundamental requirements of its election system. Is this a sign of arrogance on the part of staff who mistakenly believe that they are gods? Or, it is a sign of staff's lack of self confidence that they can defend their policies and systems in front of competent professionals?
Whatever the reason, the people of Colorado are being deprived of their right to a trustworthy election system. The indefensible lack of transparency and accountability is causing slow but sure loss of voter confidence. Less verifiability equals less confidence.

- Establish actions for unacceptable performance.
