Anonymity Expectations
Ballots must not be marked in any way that would enable anybody to associate a voter to a ballot.
Non-removeable serial numbers and/or other unique identifiers including bar codes are not permitted.
The voter must be given a private voting booth -- free from peering eyes and technology.
The sequence of the ballots (physical or electronic) must not be useable as a way to associate a voter and a ballot.
